In December 2024, my father witnessed a car crash as he was about to cross the street. The vehicle overturned after colliding with a tree, leaving debris scattered across the road and nearby grass verges. The driver crawled out after traffic police helped open the damaged door. Bystanders told him the police had already been in pursuit of the driver before the crash. He took a photograph of the scene with his phone and sent it to the family group chat.

A day later, it was reported that two flick knives, one penknife, a knuckle duster, two e-vaporisers, controlled drugs and drug paraphernalia were found in the vehicle.
